PIKO G Wire Color Code

The list below is based on Massoth decoder installation guides, and shows zero consistency regarding the color coding. Not sure if Massoth is to blame for this or PIKO :-), but unfortunately the PIKO manuals I found kind of confirm the inconsistency.

Bottom line: make sure to not confuse track and motor cable pairs with each other, and you can always swap plus and minus wires to the motor to rectify the travel direction. Or replace all wires and connectors with a standardized set of wires according to the NMRA DCC wire color code spec.
